2007Oct19: The Red List of Threatened Species 2007 reports that 80% of Tubastraea floreana, a coral specie around the Galápagos Islands, have disappeared since the early 1980s. A total of ten coral species of coral in Galápagos Islands are included on the Red List (IPS, 2007).
