1954-2007: From Arctic Report Card 2008 “(Figure O4) Five-year running mean time series. The black line is the annual mean sea level at nine tide gauge stations located along the Kara, Laptev, East Siberian, and Chukchi Sea coastlines. The red line is the annual mean AO index anomaly multiplied by 3. The blue line is the sea level pressure at the North Pole (from NCAR – NCEP reanalysis data) multiplied by –1.”
