2008Feb28: The reduction of pollution through congestion charges has added an 1,888 extra years of life to London’s seven million residents, according to a study by researchers at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and King’s College London published in the journal Occupational and Environmental Medicine (BBC, 2008).
